Metropolitan Mihailo of Montenegro has strongly criticized recent celebrations honoring former Bosnian Serb leader Ratko Mladić, labeling the event a canonization of crime rather than a traditional feast.
The Ministry of Justice in Montenegro has once again rejected Bojan Bojović's request to be registered as the head of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church (CPC), maintaining Mihailo's position. The decision was announced by Metropolitan Mihailo of the CPC.
Montenegrin Metropolitan Mihailo stated in Potočari that the Memorial Center is a holy place for Europe and the Balkans. He emphasized that it should be a source of messages of peace and a lesson on how to live together.
