Explosions rocked the Russian city of Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region overnight, causing a massive fire at the Lukoil oil refinery. Preliminary reports suggest the facility was attacked by drones, according to an advisor to Ukraine's Defense Minister.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), in coordination with other defense forces, conducted strikes on the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery and the Starolikeyevo oil pumping station in Kstovo, Russia.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy held discussions with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and the potential resumption of free trade zone negotiations. Vučić also reported on an upcoming visit by a Ukrainian delegation.
