Ukraine's State Property Fund has announced the privatization auction for the Kotovsk Winery in the Odesa region, with a starting price of UAH 24.8 million.

Several Russian regions, including Moscow, Tambov, and Voronezh, experienced a massive drone attack on the night of July 18. Strikes were specifically aimed at Wildberries logistics centers in the Moscow suburbs and Kotovsk in the Tambov region.

Authorities in Moldova are still debating the future of Soviet-era monuments in Chișinău, including an equestrian statue of Grigori Kotovski, whom historians now describe as a bandit rather than a hero.
