SLB to Acquire Data Center Cooling Firm Kelvion for $4.1 Billion
Oilfield services company SLB (Schlumberger) agreed to buy Kelvion, a data center cooling solutions provider, from Apollo Global Management for about $4.1 billion to expand its AI-related data center business.
