The father of Joshua Aviles, a US serviceman returning from a nine-month mission in the Middle East aboard the USS Lincoln, has been arrested by ICE and faces deportation. His father immigrated from Nicaragua.

Joshua Aviles, a sailor aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, learned his father had been detained by Border Patrol while he was returning home from the Middle East on the aircraft carrier.
