Pelagic Partners Launches Pelagic Credit Plc on Oslo Stock Exchange
Pelagic Partners has successfully launched Pelagic Credit Plc on Euronext Growth Oslo, following a USD 75 million private placement. Cypriot law firm Elias Neocleous & Co LLC advised on the successful completion of the private placement and the admission to trading of the shares.
