The Thai government is moving to make school safety a national priority, with the Education Ministry set to propose six measures to the cabinet following last week's shooting at Debsirin Nonthaburi School.

Relatives of the 14-year-old suspect in Friday's deadly shooting at Debsirin Nonthaburi School described him as a quiet, well-behaved teenager who spent much of his time playing computer games, as investigators examine his computer.

Gunfire at Debsirin Nonthaburi School in Thailand resulted in two fatalities and at least 15 injuries on Friday morning.
