Police in Cleveland, Ohio are investigating after the bodies of two young girls were discovered stuffed inside suitcases and buried in shallow graves. The discovery was made by a dog walker on the east side of the city.

Cleveland police are under scrutiny for failing to arrest a paedophile who breached a non-molestation order, 18 months before he murdered and sexually assaulted his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter.
