Bangladesh's premier is on a trip to China and Malaysia, aiming to secure investment and create jobs, with plans to sign 15-17 bilateral instruments in China.

During an upcoming FM visit, Dhaka is expected to reiterate calls for the extradition of former Bangladesh premier Sheikh Hasina. Hasina, 78, has been living in self-exile in India since her government was toppled in August 2024.
