Bucharest Outdoor Advertising Firms Turn Off Lights at City Hall's Request
Major outdoor advertising companies in Bucharest have responded to the City Hall's appeal to turn off digital screens and illuminated billboards between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM until the end of the month.
