Officers from the South Vidzeme Precinct of the State Police arrested a quadricycle driver after a chase in Cēsis municipality, after he ignored officers' order to stop and tried to flee. As if that wasn't bad enough, he was also drunk, had no helmet, and also had a young child on the quad bike with him.
